Returning your package

Returns are possible for some items. If this is not possible, then it concerns items that we cannot take back for hygienic reasons.

Items that cannot be returned are:

•    BLINQ* Blue
•    BLINQ* Glue
•    BLINQ* Primer
•    Trainings with starter kits
•    Dental tools
•    Pick-up tools
•    Golden toothgems

Items that you can return are:

•    Displays
•    Dispensers
•    Storage

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items. When we receive the items in good condition and in their original packaging, we will process the refund. Please note that if a package gets lost, this risk lies with you.
